At Moonlight, we specialise in printing designs on various types of fabrics. These fabrics include cotton, rayon, viscose, silk, bamboo, hemp, polyester, and synthetic materials. We can print on a wide range of fabric styles like French terry, pique polo, mesh, interlocks, single jersey, double jersey, and many more.
Printing Capacity and Facilities
We have all the latest machinery to handle both small and large orders. Our biggest order can range from 24,000 to 60,000 pieces, while the smallest is 500 pieces per colour and style. We typically complete orders in 90 days and can create samples in 15 to 25 days. We’re well-equipped to meet the demands of our clients.
Pigment Printing
Pigment printing is the second most popular digital printing method. It involves mixing ink with a thickening agent to create a paste-like substance that sits on the fabric’s surface. This process changes the fabric’s texture, making it slightly firmer where the ink is applied. Pigment printing is eco-friendly, uses less water and energy, and is also faster.

There are two types of printing ink that we use. The type of ink for digital fabric printing depends on the material of the fabric. Each ink works best with a specific fabric type.

Reactive inks are great for natural fabrics like cotton, rayon, silk, bamboo, and hemp, but they are not suitable for synthetic materials like polyester. Reactive printing produces vibrant prints, and the fabric quality is maintained.
Digital Pigment Printing
Pigment fabric printing is a highly versatile method for digital textile printing. It can be applied to both natural and synthetic fibres, allowing us to print on a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, silk, rayon, cotton-poly blends, and 100% polyester. We prepare the fibres with special solutions before the dye application to achieve vibrant colours.
