Reactive Dyeing

Among all dye varieties, reactive dyes are the most common and permanent type of dye choice for dyeing cotton and other cellulose-based materials. This dyeing method employs a category of vividly coloured organic compounds that establish a chemical bond with their substrates, creating a covalent connection between the dye molecule and the fibre’s molecule. The dye essentially integrates with the fibre, making it significantly more resistant to removal through washing compared to dyes that adhere through adsorption.

Disperse Dyeing

Disperse dyes and dyeing auxiliaries are carefully chosen for materials like polyester, polyester/elastane blends, and CDP (Cross-Dyeable Polyester). These products are versatile and can meet the specific needs of different industries, such as automotive, outdoor fabrics, home textiles, clothing, and sportswear. These dyes and auxiliaries are designed to work well in a wide range of applications to ensure that the final products meet quality standards. Whether you’re making materials for cars, outdoor use, home décor, clothing, or sports apparel, these dyes and additives are up to the task.
